Secretary’s Report: Received, needs approved. 1st Susan, 2nd Meghan
Treasurer’s Report: Approved - 1st Deb, 2nd Joni
Membership Report:
Status of guests - Jools has a conflict. Any responses from the members - Izzy
officially has 50 years, Connect with Jingle & Mingle participants. McKenna S. new guest. Barb’s
eye sight is bad, so she won’t be coming back.
Marketing/PR Report: Positive comments only on Facebook
Performance Chair Report: Working on Como & Apple Valley new venue.
Vice President’s Report: Standing rules - new types of membership,
Committee Reports:
Fundraising events were very successful this past year. We now have dates for the Spaghetti
Dinner in February at the Event Center in Bloomington. The cost for using the Hall has gone up
from $500.00 to $1,200.00. The board decided to cancel the Spaghetti dinner for this year. The
baskets will be rolled over to the convention booth.
Spring flowers will be right around the corner.
Pancake Breakfast next October will be on 10/28.
Music Team Report: The schedule for the retreat was reviewed.
President’s Report:
The retreat on January 20-21. The only cost for members, or guest will be their room charge. A
link has be made available for booking on line and getting a special rate in our block of rooms.
There will be no charge for attending - the chorus will cover the Saturday breakfast and lunch.
Looking ahead to contest, Kathy Gray has volunteered to oversee a sales table in the Boutique.
The table rental fee will be $50.00. For Contest, I have booked a room for Saturday’s breakfast
and get - together. Need to discuss now we want to book the rooms for contest. I have already
set aside an ADA
room for Kathy Gray. With limited rooms available.
Denis joined us to discuss the retreat, performances & membership. He would like to look
forward to a chorus trip.

New Business: Incentive for bringing in a new member. $20 toward contest fee.
